  • Instaseal is a tough, semi-permanent, water-based floor sealer and base coat built with modern thermoplastic technology for durable protection.
  • Ideal for safeguarding fine stone flooring, terrazzo, terracotta, concrete, and other porous surfaces in high-traffic indoor and outdoor environments.

  • Provides a tenacious, low-sheen, non-slip surface that resists water blotching, scuff marks, and black heel damage.
  • Highly versatile—suitable for marble, terracotta, slate, pavers, concrete, vinyl, and more.
  • Functions as an excellent base coat, especially when paired with high-gloss acrylic finishes like Instagloss.
  • Enhances cleanability and prevents floor powdering and degradation.
APPLICATION & DIRECTIONS
  • Ready to use—no dilution required.
  • Apply 2–4 thin, overlapping coats using a clean polish applicator—ideal application order: alternate directions for even coverage.
  • Allow 30–40 minutes drying time between coats; floors safe for traffic after ~12 hours.
  • Typical coverage: 50–80 m² per litre per coat, depending on porosity.
  • Compatible with automated maintenance systems using cleaners like ProNeutro and refurbishment with Instabuff Super for enhanced gloss.
