Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and ABCOE Distributors Pty Ltd t/a Cleaners Supermarket (ABN 32 603 954 561). By registering for the Cleaners Supermarket shop online and placing an order for delivery, you are bound to the following terms and conditions.

Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) if applicable, as of 1st August 2009. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Delivery Fee
Please see our Deliveries page for full disclosure of our standard freight rates and delivery areas, and delivery times. Please note that these rates may be subject to change at any time without notice, due to price increases from individual couriers or freight companies. Cleaners Supermarket retains the right to attach required freight charges to your order, either standard freight charges incurred through our shopping cart system or freight charges quoted by us and approved by you. Please refer to our freight charges schedule.

Out of Stock Items
On occasion, our suppliers are unable to supply us with a product, and we are therefore unable to fulfil your order. If, for any reason, Cleaners Supermarket are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days.

Tax invoice
Cleaners Supermarket will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods and delivery fee at the time of delivery.

Products Missing From an Order
If you have any products missing from your order, make sure you check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock, on back-order, or if it is not out of stock, to see if you were charged. Please phone Cleaners Supermarket Customer Service to have any problems resolved.

Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the delivery address will be presumed by Cleaners Supermarket to be authorised to receive the goods, and a signature or name will be required. If there is no one available to receive the goods, the driver will not leave the goods unless previously organised by the customer for him/her to do so.

Point of Delivery
Due to health and safety concerns, the Cleaners Supermarket driver is not required to carry the delivery beyond the front door or reception area of the delivery address.

Cleaners Supermarket reserve the right to refuse delivery at our discretion.

Product Returns

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or do not perform as advertised.

Returns Summary

Return window:
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Acceptable reasons for return: 
- Faulty or defective items
- Incorrectly described products
- Items different from what was purchased
- Goods damaged in transit
- Products not performing as advertised

Change-of-mind returns:
Limited change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Return shipping: 
- We cover return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Refund processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Consumer law:
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Information
Payment can be made by credit card via our secure site using Visa or Mastercard. When purchasing from Cleaners Supermarket, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
