PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Peerless Erazer is a heavy-duty, industrial-strength floor stripper engineered to effectively dissolve metal cross-linked sealer and highly burnished polish build-up on resilient floor surfaces.
Formulated for economical use with high-dilution ratios to deliver powerful stripping performance with minimal labour.

APPLICATION & DIRECTIONS

For light build-up: dilute approximately 1 part to 20 parts water.
For heavy or burnished build-up: dilute approximately 1 part to 10 parts water.
Apply to the surface, allow ~5 minutes dwell time to soften finish, then scrub using a robust floor pad (e.g., black or brown) on a scrubbing machine.
Extract with a wet vacuum or automatic scrubber, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residue.
Ensure floor is completely dry before applying new seal or polish.

SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS

Appearance: clear, water-white liquid; Odour: glycol-like; pH: > 12.5 (highly alkaline). Handle with care—wear suitable protective gear (gloves, eye protection, respiratory protection if needed).
Not recommended for sealed timber floors—it may degrade the timber seal and require sanding to restore.
Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid contact with skin or eyes; clean up spills promptly and keep out of reach of children.
